There was no post last weekend as, I was working. This week with the forecast of strong winds (and possibly rain) and high tides, we decided to head south to try to catch some big seas. First stop was Derbyhaven.

We then drove over to Fort Island - this was more like the wind we were expecting.

After Fort Island, we headed over to Scarlett, stopping for the Black Swans on the way

We headed back into Castletown as we had seen some surfers on our way through. Unfortunately, they were mostly sitting around on their boards rather than actually surfing.
