On holiday this week so, weather permitting I hope to get out and about a bit. Today, I decided not to go too far this morning as the weather was not looking good. I went onto Ramsey beach and realised my first mistake - the tripod bag should have been left in the car! Ah well, managed a few shots without getting blown away

Used the ND filter on the first two shots. On getting home and editing, decided to try an inverted version of a shot similar to the last one....

On leaving the beach, I was looking for interesting ways to use the rusty post on the steps

I then drove through to Port Lewaigue but, managed very little of interest as all the bushes were getting battered by the winds. On the beach, at the high tide line I came across a rather tatty hi-vis jacket, or what was left of it

With the forecast of high winds but possible sunshine tomoorow, Peel is looking a likely option.
