Sunday 13th November

Today Chris and I decided to go somewhere different instead of our usual Point of Ayre visit. It was quite bright so, we headed up Druidale, where it wasn't!

We parked near Montpelier plantation and walked around the area and into the plantation.

When in the plantation, most of the fungus had died back but, there were one or two specimens still OK

After leaving Druidale, we headed for Ballaugh beach, hoping for some big waves with the incoming tide. The wind was in the wrong direction for that so, I went for a short stroll along the beach

I decided to do some tide lining but, there wasn't very much to be found on this beach. Just one shoe

and a child's dummy

It looked as though this beach is more sheltered and doesn't receive the amount of debris some of the others do.
