On arrival at the point, it was windy but the sea wasn't as dramatic as we'd hoped. I went for a short walk, Chris got out of the car briefly before heading back to the warmth and comfort!
And so, we headed home - I had a new Kindle to play with.

After opening presents and a bacon sandwich in bed, Chris and I decided to head out for an hour or so. Our first thought was to go to Ballaghennie but, on seeing the white caps on the waves we decided to head to the Point of Ayre to see if there were any birds flying past just above the waves. A good high tide was due today and we hoped for some dramatic seascapes.
On arrival at the point, it was windy but the sea wasn't as dramatic as we'd hoped. I went for a short walk, Chris got out of the car briefly before heading back to the warmth and comfort!
